On making additions and amendments to a special permit (license) for banking activities

By Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus dated April 14, 2023 No. 142, the following additions and changes were made to the list of banking operations specified in the special permit (license) for banking activities previously issued to Trade Capital Bank:

the list of banking operations is supplemented with the operation «settlement operations»;

banking operation «providing settlement and cash services for individuals and legal entities, including correspondent banks» is set out as follows:

«providing settlement and banking cash services for individuals and legal entities, including correspondent banks»;

the banking operation «Issue into circulation (issuance) of bank payment cards» is set out as follows:

«issuance of bank payment cards and other payment instruments requiring opening and maintenance of accounts and performance of settlement transactions for payments when using such payment instruments».
